Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Digital Products
All products sold through Lona Fiafia are digital downloads delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible digital product that cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Not achieving expected results from using the guide
- Download issues caused by customer device, software, or internet connection
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review duplicate orders and may issue a refund at our discretion.
